I received one or more incorrect/missing items, what should I do?


If you believe you have received one or more incorrect or missing items, please take the following steps:

Check that the title of the product received corresponds to the one indicated on your order confirmation sent by e-mail or on your invoice.

Tell us your problem and send us via our "Contact us" form a photo of the envelope in which everything arrived as well as photos of all the products received (front and back, with the label containing the barcode fully visible). Postmarks must also be clearly visible in the photos.

If there was an error on our end, we will resend the correct content to you as soon as possible, at no cost to you.

If you made a mistake when placing the order, we can help you make an exchange (excluding customized products).
